What chemicals are used?
Superficial peels include 10% trichloroacetic acid (TCA) and salicyclic acid
PCA Skin® is also available at the clinic.
For medium depth peels: The Perfect Derma Peel, Glycolic acid or Jessner’s (salicyclic acid, lactic acid, and resorcinol) + TCA 35% are used.
If melasma or resistant hyperpigmentation is a concern, then the Cosmelan peel is a great option.
Acnelan peel is an intensive in clinic treatment by mesoestetic® that controls acne-prone and oily skin in a few sessions, and is potentiated by a range of home products. This protocol calls for a acnelan peel every 2-3 weeks x3. With the possibility of repeating the set of three in 4-5 months.
Mesoéclat® is an in clinic treatment that combines a peel + concentrate in ampules. This intensive antiaging treatment provides visible results after the first session and cumulative with progressive treatments. A total of five peels can be done and spaced out every 2-3 weeks.
