What are you waiting for?
Treatments are virtually painless and sensations will vary from patient to patient. Patients describe a range of sensations during treatment, from slight tingling to the snapping of a rubber band.
The treatment can be used on all skin types including on brown and black individuals anywhere on the body including face, arms, back, chest, underarms, bikini and legs.
Laser hair removal is a medical procedure and should be taken seriously. So be careful about the doctor/technician and type of laser being used on you.
Moreover, if you are planning for laser hair removal, it is better not to have waxed, plucked, or gotten electrolysis up to 6 weeks prior in order to get the best results. You should also take care to avoid direct prolonged sunlight for at least 2 weeks before and after the treatment.
Be gentle with your skin in the week before your treatment. Avoid harsh cleansers, acne treatments and retinoids/retinols.
The laser only targets hairs in the active phase of growth. Multiple treatments are needed for complete removal. Overtime, you can expect to see a gradual decrease in hair thickness and the amount of hair in the area treated. *Individual results vary.
Laser therapy is not permitted during pregnancy. It is ok to do when nursing as long as it is not used on breast tissue and areola.
